Stefan Stone
Director, Mortgage & Protection Broker
Stefan founded Francis Stone with Lee in 2004. His expertise, knowledge and commitment to his clients have made Francis Stone an award-winning top London firm.
Stefan has strong relationships with a range of high level trusted lenders and works closely with his clients to help them achieve their goals. He is passionate about customer service and building and nurturing relationships.
In his spare time Stefan enjoys competing in triathlons and Ironman events and has collected several age-group wins. He is a qualified triathlon coach and helps to run his local youth squad.
Lee Francis
Director & Mortgage Broker
As a co-founder of Francis Stone Lee has been instrumental in the success of the business. He is passionate about building strong relationships with his clients and has been named “best London broker” on several occasions.
Lee gives his clients exceptional service and has helped many secure their dream home since the company was formed in 2004.
Lee enjoys golf and working out at his local boxing club. He has an active social life and enjoys fine wine.
David Jones
Mortgage Broker
David has a reputation for providing exceptional service to his loyal and diverse client base.
He joined Francis Stone in 2006 and works with his clients to ensure they achieve their property goals and are well protected.
Outside work David has young twins to keep him active and enjoys golf. He is also involved in charity work and raises funds for Cancer Research.
Dan Longworth
Mortgage Broker
Dan has worked in financial services for over 20 years and has an extensive knowledge of the industry and a bank of loyal clients. As well as advising on residential purchases and remortgages, Dan helps clients build and manage their investment portfolios through both limited company and personal borrowing.
In his spare time Dan runs a junior football team and enjoys playing cricket and golf with his two sons. He also enjoys listening to music, watching live bands and reading crime novels.
Jordan Hook
Office & Operations Manager
As Office & Operations Manager, Jordan performs an invaluable role overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the business runs efficiently.
Jordan’s contribution to the growth and success of Francis Stone since she joined in 2012 has enabled numerous clients to secure their dream home.
Outside the office Jordan’s passion is netball. She has been voted “player of the season” in recent years and belongs to three top-level teams.
Jacob West
Mortgage Broker
Jacob’s primary role is to manage completions and his strong work ethic and customer focus make him a valued member of the team. He supports all areas of the business helping us to deliver the best customer service at all times.
Outside work Jacob is an outstanding swimmer and regularly competes across the UK. He is ranked in the top 10 in the country for his age group.
Stephanie Loftus
Protection Manager
Stephanie heads up the CRM function at Francis Stone. Her role is fundamental to the firm’s success and enables Francis Stone to deliver a high level of customer service. Stephanie has helped to develop and manage complex systems in line with ever changing regulatory requirements.
Stephanie also manages the protection side of the business. She is responsible for providing support to clients who require insurance to protect their homes and families.
In her spare time Stephanie enjoys competing in running and cycling events and has earned her place in the London Classics Hall of Fame.
